Children and Youth
“Start children off on the way they should go,
and even when they are old they will not turn from it.”
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we are unable to meet together as we usually do but please check out our kid’s resources page for videos, bible teaching and fun until we are able to meet together again.
At St Andrew’s, we believe that children and young people are immensely important to God and we aim to provide a safe environment where young people can grow in their relationship with Jesus and have fun.
Sunday mornings
We currently run various age appropriate groups on a Sunday morning at our 10:30am service giving our children a safe environment to learn and grow. Time together includes games and activities, bible stories and prayer time as well as crafts and discussion. We want children at St Andrew's not just to develop their knowledge of Jesus but to have opportunity to build a relationship with him, hearing him speak and learning to pray for one another.
On the first Sunday of each month we gather all together in Church for an interactive All-age service.
All of our group leaders and helpers are DBS checked.
Our Safeguarding coordinator at St Andrew’s Church is Sue Lord - any concerns should be reported to her via safeguarding@standrewssneydgreen.com
Our midweek activities for children and young people are listed below and we are also actively involved with a number of our local schools.
